The Prezzy Card can be used to pay at all merchant establishments either POS/ECOM accepting RuPay Cards in India.
a) To activate & use Prezzy Card on physical POS terminal transactions, please follow the steps to Generate/Reset Prezzy Card PIN? (If Physical Mailer not received)
Visit www.prezzycard.co.in and log-in to Prezzy “Customer” Self-Service Portal with your registered mobile number for Prezzy Card & enter 6-digit OTP received on your registered mobile number or registered email ID.
- Please register your EMAIL ID, if not registered already from Personal Details section.
- For Generation PIN: Go to “Set/Reset Card PIN” tab > Under Reset PIN option, click on GENERATE PIN button; your system generated 4-digit PIN will be sent on your registered email ID.
- You can also change PIN & choose 4-digit PIN of your choice from Set PIN option under Set/Reset Card PIN tab by directly entering NEW PIN + Re-Enter New PIN of your choice and click SUBMIT.
You may then save the card PIN with you and use it for every POS transaction authorisation.
b) To use Prezzy Gift Card on E Commerce Websites, there is no separate activation step required.
You may enter the card details on the “CARD” payment method on checkouts pages and complete transaction using a 6-digit OTP generated by system and sent to you on your registered mobile number & Email ID. This 6-digit OTP is unique for every transaction, DO NOT SHARE OTP with anyone.
No. The Prezzy Gift Card is a single time load card with a set value. The Gift Card cannot be re-loaded as per RBI guidelines.
As per RBI regulations, you cannot use the Gift Card to withdraw cash.
- You can check the balance available on the card through Prezzy’s “Customer” Self-Service Portal accessible at www.prezzycard.co.in
- You can call Customer Helpdesk on 18002093991 to check the available balance.
- Every debit SMS alert on SMS or Email will also include details of the remaining balance available on the card.
The validity of your card is printed on the Gift Card.
The Prezzy Gift Card can be loaded with a minimum amount of INR.100 to maximum amount of INR.10,000 per card.

You can make a request by calling our Customer Care for a replacement card. A new card will be issued if the available balance on the card is more than the charge for replacement.
If you lose your card, please contact our call Customer Helpdesk Number 1800 209 3991 immediately and report about your lost or stolen card. The Customer Support Executive should confirm to you that card is successfully blocked followed by a SMS notification, and you may accordingly also place a request for card replacement.

- A safer & secured substitute to cash – can be transacted at any Merchant Establishment (POS) or Ecommerce website/app in India authorized with a secured 4-digit Pin (on POS) or One-time Password (OTP) (for ECOM) sent on registered mobile number.
- Allows access to Customer Support via Prezzy’s “Customer” Self-Service Portal, e-mail or call.
- Instant card activation and intimation to purchaser as well as beneficiary.
- Instant SMS alerts for all transactions.
As of now, only an entity as distributor or corporate can buy/source Prezzy Gift Cards from Euronet India Pvt. Ltd.

No, you cannot load any prepaid wallet using this Gift Card as per RBI regulations.
As per RBI regulations, you cannot transfer funds from one Gift Card to another Gift Card or any other prepaid card instrument.
There are no charges levied by the Issuer (Euronet India Pvt. Ltd.) of Prezzy Gift Cards on the usage to purchase of items or services at any RuPay enabled merchant establishment. Issuer do not hold the responsibility if any merchant levies a surcharge on card transaction. Please refer Prezzy Card Terms and Conditions for more details.

You can take the following steps to prevent unauthorized use of the Gift Card:
- Log into Prezzy’s Customer Service Portal with your registered mobile number.
- Make a separate note of your card number and Customer care number for emergency use.
- As added security, you will be asked to use both your Personal identification Number (PIN) and One Time Password (OTP) while making payments at merchant outlets.
- Do not share payment credentials (such as card details, CVV, expiry date and month, PIN or OTP) with anyone – even if the person claims to be a Prezzy Employee.
- Do not click/open any link received via SMS or e-mail claiming to be Prezzy Gift Card link.
If you suspect that your card details are compromised log into the “Customer” Self-Service Portal or call our Customer Care Number and hot list the card immediately.
You can log into the Customer Self-Service Portal and update your mobile number, provided you still have access to the mobile number originally registered (to receive the OTP).
If you no longer have access to your old registered mobile number, you can contact us via email or call our Customer Helpdesk Number to request such change (subject to cardholder verification).
