Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to and regulate the usage of the Prezzy Card issued by Euronet Services India Private Limited (“Euronet”).

By availing the Prezzy Card facility and using the Prezzy Card, each of the Corporate and Cardholder are deemed to have expressly read, understood and accepted each and every specific Term and Condition for issuance of the Prezzy Card powered by Euronet Services India Private Limited.

In these Terms and Conditions, “We”, “Us” or “Our” refers to Euronet.

A. DEFINITIONS

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the contrary intention appears and/or the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

“Authorised Officer” shall mean any person employed with the Corporate who is duly authorised by the Corporate to provide an Instruction and in respect of whom the Corporate has furnished Euronet with all the details required by Euronet.
“Business Day” means a day (other than a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday) on which banks are open for business in India.
“Charges” means such levy, costs and charges levied by Us for usage of the Prezzy Cards, as amended from time to time.
“Corporate” shall mean the entity who obtains a Prezzy Card from Euronet and whose Delegates will be issued Prezzy Cards by Euronet pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.
“Cardholder” shall mean the Delegate that is authorized to hold and use a Prezzy Card pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.
“Customer Care Centre” refers to contact centre provided by Us for addressing all queries, complaints raised by the Cardholder, or any details or information sought by the Cardholder in relation to the Prezzy Cards. Please refer to our Customer Grievance Framework available at the Website in this regard.
“Delegate” shall mean any individual employee, agent, contract worker or other delegate of the Corporate.
“EDC” or “Electronic Data Capture” Machine means terminal, printer, other peripheral and accessory and necessary software on which the Prezzy Card can be swiped or used to initiate a transaction.
“Instruction” shall mean any instruction given by an Authorised Officer to Euronet in relation to the Prezzy Cards.
“KYC” shall mean Know Your Customer guidelines adopted by Us for the purpose of identification and verification of the Cardholder, pursuant to the Regulations issued by Reserve Bank of India, from time to time.
“Merchant Establishments” shall mean such establishments (including but not limited to stores, shops, restaurants, hotels, etc.) located in India accepting Prezzy Card.
“Personal Identification Number (PIN)” is a numeric password provided to the Cardholder by Us at the time of issue of the Prezzy Card.
“POS” or “Point of Sale” means electronic terminals maintained by Merchant Establishments in India at which the Cardholder can use the Prezzy Card.
“Prezzy Card” shall mean a prepaid non-reloadable gift card or gift prepaid instrument issued by Euronet that facilitates purchases against the value stored on it.
“Regulations” shall mean the master directions, circulars, notifications, rules, guidelines, regulations, etc. issued by Reserve Bank of India or any other competent authority related to issuance and operation of prepaid payment instruments in India, as amended from time to time.
“Schedule of Charges” shall mean the details of fees or Charges as may be prescribed by Us from time to time and displayed on our website.
“Transaction” means any transaction initiated by the Cardholder using the Prezzy Card at any Merchant Establishment accepting RuPay.
“Website” means www.prezzycard.co.in and www.euronetprepaid.com.
“Euronet” or “Issuer” shall Euronet Services India Private Limited, a company within the meaning of the Companies Act, 2013 having its registered office at #48, 1st Floor, Ashok Plaza, Gandhi Bazaar, BBMP Ward No. 49, K G Nagar, Basavanagudi, Bangalore – 560 004, and corporate office at 8th Floor, i-Think Techno Campus, situated off Pokhran Road No. 2, Behind TCS, Eastern Express Highway, Panchpakadi, Thane (West) – 400 607.

B. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Only Cardholders having the capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement may use Prezzy Cards.
In order to register, create and use the Prezzy Card, Euronet may require certain personal information of the Cardholder, including but not limited to the Cardholder’s name, address, mobile phone number, e-mail address, date of birth, preferred language of communication to be submitted Euronet. Where relevant, the Corporate shall ensure it has obtained the Cardholder’s consent to share this information with Euronet.
All information provided by the applicant shall be accurate. Any misrepresentation, whether intentional or otherwise, by any individual or entity of any information provided shall be a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Euronet may make further enquiries to verify/authenticate the identity of the Cardholder. In this regard, the personal information provided at all times, shall be correct and complete.

C. ISSUANCE AND USAGE OF PREZZY CARD

The Prezzy Card shall be valid only within the territory of India and for transactions denominated in Indian Rupees only. The Prezzy Card cannot be used outside the territory of India or for any transactions denominated in a foreign currency.
The usage of a digital Prezzy Card shall be restricted solely to card not present (CNP) / electronic commerce transactions.
In the event the Prezzy Card is issued in physical form, the Cardholder shall be required to sign on the reverse side of the Prezzy Card immediately upon its receipt. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any Transaction in absence of the signature or mismatch of the signature, without further notice or intimation to the Cardholder or Corporate.
The Prezzy Card shall not be transferred to any other individual or third party under any circumstances.
The Prezzy Card cannot be redeemed or exchanged for its value in cash. No cash withdrawals are permitted.
We shall not be liable to pay any interest on any balance maintained in the Prezzy Card at any point in time.
The Prezzy Card can be loaded only once and up to a maximum value of INR 10,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand only) or such other limit as may be specified by Euronet subject to internal and applicable regulatory and statutory guidelines. The Prezzy Card cannot be reloaded thereafter.
The Prezzy Card cannot be used for loading wallets of any kind, or for undertaking fund transfers.
Only Transactions up to the prepaid balance available on the Prezzy Card may be undertaken at any given point in time.
The Prezzy Card may only be accepted at Merchant Establishments in India that display the RuPay logo.
Card promotional material for the RuPay symbol displayed on any premises is not a warranty that all goods and services available at those premises can be purchased with the Prezzy Card. The Prezzy Card is for electronic use and will be acceptable only at a Merchant Establishment having an EDC terminal. Any usage of the Prezzy Card other than electronic use will be considered as unauthorised and the Cardholder shall be solely responsible for such Transactions.
The Prezzy Card may be used to pay for purchases at Merchant Establishments which have agreed to accept the Prezzy Card and are equipped with a point-of-sale terminal that can process RuPay transactions.
Upon any purchase via point-of-sale device or other purchase Transaction the amount available on the Prezzy Card will be reduced by the amount of such purchase.
Use of Prezzy Card at any EDC / POS other devices may entail a service charge and / or Transaction fee and / or processing fee and / or processing fee being levied on the Prezzy Card. All such charges will be deducted from the available balance on the Prezzy Card whether or not prior notice of such charges is given.
It is advised to retain a record of the Transactions.
The Prezzy Card is personal to the Cardholder. If the Cardholder permits someone else to use its Prezzy Card, the Cardholder will be responsible for any transactions initiated by such person through the Prezzy Card.
The PIN shall under no circumstances be revealed by the Cardholder to any relative or family members or third party. The Cardholder shall be solely responsible and liable for the consequences arising out of such unauthorized disclosure of PIN and/or unauthorized usage of the Prezzy Card. We disclaim all responsibility and liability arising out of or in connection with the unauthorized usage of the Prezzy Card and/or any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, incurred by the Cardholder as a result of such misuse. If the Cardholder forgets or misplaces the PIN, the Cardholder should visit the customer service portal on our website or call our customer care number or contact Us by any other mode as may be made available by Us for re-generation of PIN.
The entire balance available on the Prezzy Card must be utilized prior to its expiry. In case the entire balance available on the Prezzy Card is not utilized within the validity period, we can be approached for renewal of the Prezzy Card. In case we are not approached within the time period specified under Paragraph 13.3 of the RBI Master Directions – PPI (available at https://www.rbi.org.in/scripts/bs_viewmasdirections.aspx?id=12156), the outstanding balance available on the Prezzy Card will be transferred and/or treated in accordance with the same paragraph and other applicable provisions of the Regulations.
Any charge or cost levied by a Merchant Establishment in relation to any Transaction shall be directly settled with the Merchant Establishment. We shall not be liable or responsible, either directly or indirectly, for any act or omission on the part of the Merchant Establishment or the charges or cost levied by them in relation to the Transaction.
All refunds and adjustments due to any Merchant Establishments on account of device error or communication link will be processed manually and the Prezzy Card will be credited after due verification by Us pursuant to the applicable rules, regulation and our internal policy. Any subsequent Transactions will be accepted or honoured only based on the available Prezzy Card balance without taking into account any disputed amount under consideration by us. The Cardholder shall unconditionally keep Us indemnified against any loss or damage caused to Us on account of dishonouring the payment instructions as a result of insufficient balance in the Prezzy Card. We shall be entitled to deduct the amount of such loss or damaged caused to Us directly from the balance available on the Prezzy Card.
The Corporate shall be solely responsible and liable to settle any dispute between the Cardholder and the Corporate in respect of the use of the Prezzy Card or otherwise including, without limitation, disputes regarding the balance amount available on the Prezzy Card and Euronet shall not be responsible for the same and/or obliged to take cognizance of any such dispute. It is clarified that the existence of any such dispute shall not, in any manner, prejudice the obligations of the Corporate under these Terms and Conditions.
No claims pertaining to fraud or any liability arising in respect of the Prezzy Cards shall be accepted by Euronet, except to the extent the same has been contributed to by Euronet.
Euronet in its sole discretion may issue a replacement-Prezzy Card. Replacement-cards requested by the Cardholders or Corporate may be subject to a fee.
The Cardholder undertakes to act in good faith at all times in relation to all dealings of the Prezzy Card. The Cardholder accepts full responsibility for any illegal or wrongful use of the Prezzy Card in contravention to the Terms and Conditions contained herein.
The Prezzy Card shall not be used for making payment of any illegal goods or services, or for making purchases of prohibited or contraband products or services in India.
We do not take any responsibility for any loss, damage or injuries suffered or caused to the Cardholder in connection with the service, quality of goods and services provided by the Merchant Establishment, refusal to accept (conditional acceptance) the Prezzy Card by any Merchant Establishment and/or inability (technical issues) to use the Prezzy Card at any Merchant Establishment.
If there is no Transaction for a consecutive period of one (1) year on the Prezzy Card, subject to validity of the Prezzy Card, the same shall be made inactive by Us after sending a notice to the Cardholder. The Prezzy Card can only be reactivated by Us after validations and requisite due diligence, as stipulated from time to time.
The Cardholder hereby agrees to receive SMS or email alerts from Us for all Transactions done using the Prezzy Card. The SMS or email alerts from Us shall stipulate debit and credit Transactions, balance available or remaining on the Prezzy Card or such other information or details as stipulated by us, from time to time.
We may, at our sole discretion, utilize the services of external service providers or agents on such terms as required or necessary, for provisioning of the services in relation to the Prezzy Card.
Your Prezzy Card can be suspended without notice, if in our standard monitoring of transactions, we have reason to suspect that the Prezzy Card has been stolen or compromised, or being used fraudulently or for other criminal activity, or that you are not the rightful holder of the Prezzy Card, are in breach of the Terms and Consitions, or there is a competing claim on the Prezzy Card. Any suspension can be lifted, once the issue concerned has been resolved to our satisfaction.
Your Prezzy Card can be cancelled without notice, if required to comply with a court order, or if in our standard monitoring of transactions, we have reason to suspect that the Prezzy Card has been stolen or compromised, or being used fraudulently or for other criminal activity, or that you are not the rightful holder of the Prezzy Card, are in breach of the Terms and Conditions, or there is a competing claim on the Prezzy Card.

D. REPRESENTATIONS AND UNDERTAKINGS OF THE CORPORATE

The Corporate represents and undertakes on each day during the availing of the Prezzy Card facility that:

It is duly organised, validly existing and in good standing, under the laws of the jurisdiction of its incorporation.
It has all the requisite power and authority to execute, deliver and perform its obligations under, and to comply with these Terms and Conditions. All necessary internal and corporate approvals to give effect to its obligations herein have been obtained.
All information provided by the Corporate and the Cardholders to Euronet is true and correct.
The performance of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions does not and will not:
(a) contravene any applicable law; or
(b) conflict with or result in any breach or default under any agreement, instrument, regulation, licence or authorisation binding upon it or any of its assets.
There are no other commitments/ agreements entered into by it which may be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
It shall use its best efforts and endeavours to ensure that the Cardholder complies with these Terms and Conditions. It shall ensure that each Cardholder will cooperate with Euronet in any investigation, litigation or prosecution arising in connection with the use of the Prezzy Card.
It has implemented appropriate internal controls to prevent misuse of the Prezzy Cards or use of the Prezzy Cards in contravention of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. In the event that the Prezzy Card is used for illegal or unauthorised purposes, the Corporate shall immediately inform Euronet upon becoming aware of the same and shall indemnify and hold harmless Euronet against any damages, losses, costs and/or expenses incurred by Euronet as a result of any such illegal or unauthorised usage.
In the event of (i) any change in the details of the Cardholders provided by the Corporate to Euronet; or (ii) the death of any Cardholder, the Corporate shall immediately communicate the same, in writing, to Euronet.
The Corporate shall ensure that access to Euronet’s customer service portal is restricted to only to the Cardholders. The Corporate shall ensure that the Cardholders and its Authorised Officers keep all passwords, including the password used to access the Prezzy Cards system, confidential and well protected and not reveal the same to any unauthorised person, including to any employees and representatives of Euronet. Euronet shall in no way be held responsible, if the Corporate incurs any loss as a result of the password being disclosed by the Corporate, the Cardholders or its Authorised Officers to any third parties.
The Corporate shall not and shall ensure that the Cardholders shall not sell/ re-sell the Prezzy Card to any person.
The Corporate shall collect and/or maintain the KYC documents of each of the Cardholder in such manner and upon such terms and conditions as Euronet may stipulate from time to time in this regard.
Neither the Corporate nor any person directly or indirectly related to the Corporate feature in the list published by the Office of Foreign Assets Control, U.S. Department of the Treasury, or (ii) are categorised as ‟Specially Designated Nationals’ by the Office of Foreign Assets Control, U.S. Department of the Treasury. If the position set out in the preceding sentence undergoes any change, Euronet shall be entitled to cancel/ terminate the Prezzy Cards with immediate effect.

E. LIABILITY AND BREACH

In the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions, Euronet has the sole right to forthwith cancel or terminate the Prezzy Card without having any liability, claim, demand or dispute against Us.
In consideration of Euronet providing the Prezzy Cards, each of the Corporate and the Cardholder expressly and unequivocally agrees to and hereby does indemnify, save, defend and hold harmless Euronet and its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, consultants and other representatives, successors and assigns of, from and against all claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses, arising out of any action omission, breach or default by the Cardholder or the Corporate and/ or its employees or agents (as the case may be) of these Terms and Conditions, in the course of execution of the Instructions and/ or otherwise incurred by Euronet as a consequence or by reason of providing the Prezzy Cards in terms hereof, including without limitation, in the following cases:

(a) for any action taken or omitted to be taken by Euronet, its officers, employees or agents, on the instructions of the Cardholder or any Instructions;
(b) as a result of faulty, inaccurate or unauthorised information having been provided by the Corporate to Euronet; and
(c) any claim made or proceeding commenced by any Cardholder or any other person against Euronet.

F. TERM AND TERMINATION

Unless cancelled or terminated pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and applicable law, the Prezzy Card shall be valid for a minimum period of one year from the date of last loading/ reloading (as applicable), and shall remain valid till the date mentioned or printed on the face of the Prezzy Card.
The Prezzy Card shall be destroyed upon its expiry. The Prezzy Card shall be defaced by cutting off the top right-hand corner, ensuring that both the hologram and the magnetic strip have been cut and has been destroyed. The Corporate or Cardholder (as applicable) shall continue to be liable for any Charges incurred on the Prezzy Card prior to its termination, irrespective of the fact whether the Prezzy Card has or is claimed to have been destroyed.
We may at our sole discretion terminate the Prezzy Card if:
(a) the Corporate or the Cardholder is declared insolvent or in case of death of the Cardholder;
(b) there is a breach of any of the terms, conditions, stipulations or obligations under these Terms and Conditions;
(c) We decide that the continuance of these Terms and Conditions will cause material harm to Our reputation;
(d) any restriction is imposed by an order of a competent Court or an order is issued by any regulatory or statutory authority in India or any investigating agency to this effect;
(e) the Prezzy Card program becomes illegal under the applicable laws, and Regulations; and/or
(f) the Prezzy Card program is terminated.
We, at our sole discretion, reserve the right to, either temporarily or permanently, withdraw the privileges on the Prezzy Card and/or terminate the Prezzy Card at any time without giving any notice or assigning any reason thereof. In case of a temporary withdrawal, the privileges attached to the Prezzy Card shall be reinstated by Us at our sole discretion. In case of a permanent withdrawal, We have a right to cancel the Prezzy Card permanently. However, it is made distinctly clear that withdrawal (temporary or permanent) shall constitute automatic withdrawal of all benefits, privileges and services attached to the Prezzy Card. In the event of temporary or permanent withdrawal of the Prezzy Card, the Corporate or Cardholder (as applicable) shall continue to be fully liable for all Charges incurred on the Prezzy Card prior to such withdrawal, together with all other applicable Charges thereon, unless otherwise specified by Us.
If We temporarily or permanently withdraw the privileges or terminate the Prezzy Card, We will notify the Cardholder on a reasonable efforts basis. We shall not be held liable or responsible for any such delays or laches in receipt of such notification.

G. CHARGES

Charges shall include: (a) any fees charged by Us in respect of the Prezzy Card, including replacement, handling and other fees, if any; and (b) service Charges on specific types of Transactions. The method of computation of such Charges will be as updated by Us from time to time in these Terms and Conditions.
Charges shall be non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-assignable in nature.
All Charges, in the absence of manifest error, shall be final and binding and shall be conclusive in nature.
All statutory taxes including goods and service tax, imposts, duties (of any description whatsoever) as may be levied from time to time by Government of India or other competent authority in respect of or in connection with the Prezzy Card, shall be borne by the Corporate or Cardholder (as applicable).
All Charges related to the Prezzy Card will be debited from the balance available on the Prezzy Card, as may be levied from time to time.

H. LOST, STOLEN OR MISUSED PREZZY CARD

If the Prezzy Card is lost or stolen, the loss or theft must be immediately reported to Euronet, together with all disclosures and other information that Euronet may require, and a request for immediate suspension of the Prezzy Card must be made.
Once the Prezzy Card is reported lost, stolen or damaged, such Prezzy Card cannot be used again, even if found subsequently.
The Cardholder is responsible for the security of the Prezzy Card and shall take all steps towards ensuring that the Prezzy Card is not misused. In the event We determine or receive any information that the Cardholder has neglected or refused or failed to take steps as indicated above, in case of loss, theft or destruction of the Prezzy Card, We reserve the sole right to cancel or terminate such Prezzy Card.
The Prezzy Card can be hotlisted directly by the Cardholder via the Customer Service Portal accessible at the Website at any time. In addition, the Prezzy Card can be hotlisted during working hours on a Business Day following the receipt of intimation by Euronet in this regard (whether by way of written intimation, through such modes and in such manner as may be stipulated by Euronet from time to time) or within 24 (Twenty Four) hours of receipt of such intimation, whichever is earlier; provided that, until receipt of such notification, Euronet shall not be liable or responsible for any transactions which are effected on the Prezzy Card and will not be able to block or rescind such transactions.
In case of any dispute relating to the time of reporting and/ or transactions made on the Prezzy Card or any other matter in relation to the lost / stolen Prezzy Card, the termination of Euronet shall be final and binding.

I. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

We shall be under no liability or responsibility to the Corporate, the Cardholder or any third party, in respect of any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary loss or damage including, but not limited to, lost profits in connection with this arrangement.

J. DISPUTED TRANSACTIONS AND CONSUMER GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

Any Charge or Transaction slip or other payment requisition received by Us for payment shall be conclusive proof of such Charge, unless the Prezzy Card is lost, stolen or fraudulently misused and evidenced by the Cardholder.
Any disputed Transactions, or dispute or grievance in relation to the Prezzy Card and/or these Terms and Conditions, shall be raised with the Customer Care Centre in accordance with our Customer Grievance Framework available at www.euronetprepaid.com.
In the event any such the dispute or grievance is not adequately addressed or resolved by Our Customer Care Centre, the Cardholder and the Cardholder may approach the Nodal Officer, details of which can be found in Our Customer Grievance Framework.
All complaints, disputes or grievances raised by the Cardholder shall be addressed and/or resolved in a time bound manner as set out in Our Customer Grievance Framework.
The Customer may at any time approach the RBI Ombudsman for the grievance redressal via the website of Reserve Bank of India i.e., www.rbi.org.in.

K. QUALITY OF GOODS AND SERVICES

Any dispute with or complaint against any Merchant Establishment regarding any goods purchased or services availed must be directly resolved by the Cardholder with the Merchant Establishment.

L. DATA USAGE CONSENT

Each of the Cardholder and Corporate expressly consents to:

Euronet and its group companies using their information (including personal data and sensitive personal information) in accordance with our privacy policies and applicable law, as amended from time to time; and
Euronet collecting, storing, processing, transferring, and sharing their information (including personal data and sensitive personal information) with other Euronet group companies, banks, financial institutions, credit bureaus, agencies, statutory bodies and/or such other third parties as Euronet may deem necessary or appropriate, or as may be required for the use or processing of the said information by such third parties or furnishing of the processed information to other banks, financial institutions, credit providers, users registered with such persons, or for any purpose in accordance with our privacy policies and applicable law, as amended from time to time.

For training, security and legal reasons, we may record phone conversations, or correspondence you may have with us on any matter, including calls through the customer service line or portal, or any direct correspondence, as well as any contact that occurs through the Website.

M. MISCELLANEOUS

Costs: All taxes, rates, duties (including stamp duties), charges and other imposts and obligations, existing as well as future, that may be levied on Euronet in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be payable by the Corporate forthwith on a demand being made by Euronet.
Waiver: Waiver of any breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions by Euronet shall not constitute a waiver of any prior, concurrent or subsequent breach of the same or any other provisions hereof, and no waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Euronet.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, unenforceable or prohibited by law, these Terms and Conditions shall be considered divisible as to such provision and such provision shall be inoperative and shall not be part of the consideration moving from either party hereto to the other, and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall continue to remain valid, binding as though such provision was not included herein.
Sub-contractors: Euronet may, in relation to these Terms and Conditions and/ or the Prezzy Cards, utilise such third-party sub-contractors/ agents/ service providers as it may deem fit.

N. TRADEMARKS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The name(s) Prezzy, Prezzy Card, Euronet Worldwide, Inc., Euronet India and Euronet and all related names, logos, names of products and services, designs and related slogans are registered trademarks belonging to us, our group entities, or its subsidiaries or other license holders (as the case may be). You may not use these trademarks, names, logos or slogans or without our prior written consent. All other names, trademarks and signs shall be used exclusively for identification purposes and they are registered trademarks of their respective owners. The Website and any Prezzy Cards related products, services, portals and/or applications, their entire contents, features and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, graphics, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof), are owned by Us and/or our/their licensors or other providers of such material. They are protected by Indian, and international laws governing copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights and remain the property of Us, our group entities and/or any third-party licensors.
The patents, trademarks, service marks, trade names, registered and unregistered designs, trade or business names, copyrights (including rights in software), database rights, website/mobile application design and functionality, design rights, rights in confidential information and any other intellectual property rights whatsoever, irrespective of whether such intellectual property rights have been registered or not in and to the Prezzy Card and the Prezzy Card Website shall at all times remain the sole property of Euronet.
You are permitted to use the Website solely for your personal, non-commercial use. O. AMENDMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the sole right to modify these Terms and Conditions, features and benefits offered on the Prezzy Card, including but not limited to the Charges.
We shall communicate the amended Terms and Conditions by hosting them on our Website or in any other manner as decided by us.
The Corporate and the Cardholder shall be responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and Conditions, including amendments thereto as may be posted on our website and shall be deemed to have accepted the amended Terms and Conditions by continuing to use the Prezzy Card.

P. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

All disputes arising in relation to these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Mumbai in India.
